On the 3rd of February 2016 an ordinary session of EERSF Donors’ Assembly was held in the Ministry of Energy.

Agenda of the session included the following topics:

1. Approval of EERSF’s Annual Activity Report and Financial Statement for 2015 and submitting for auditing to selected chartered accountant;
2. Approval of EERSF’s business-plan and budget for 2016;
3. Approval of amendments in Regulation on the Operation Organization and the Activities of the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Sources Fund;
4. Selection of new EERSF’s Management Board (MB) members;
5. Miscellaneous.

The Donor’s Assembly unanimously adopted the report upon the above mentioned topics, the amendments of Regulation on the Operation Organization and the Activities of the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Sources Fund, and selected new Management Board members.
