Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy” participated in The National Conference of Bulgarian Association of Mountain Region Municipalities Development, which was held at Hotel Rodina on the 28th of September, 2012.

The conference was attended by representatives of municipalities members of the association, The National Tobacco Growers Association, European Centre for Quality, Bulgarian Agency for Sustainable Energy Development, EKOPAS consortium, The National Agency for Professional Education and Training by the Council of Ministers, etc.

The topics included during the conference included in the program affected the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control of the World Health Organization, alternative agriculture and acceleration in the production of planting material, HR development operational program, innovations in water treatment technologies, opportunities and prospects for sustainable energy development of Bulgarian municipalities and others. Energy Efficiency and Renewable Sources Fund presented its opportunities for financing EE projects in mountain communities and already completed projects in municipalities- members of the association.
