Within The ІV International Forum: Energy for Sustainable Development, which took place between 16th and 20th of September 2013 in Tbilisi, the Fund was presented by Mr. Dimitar Doukov. He was invited to present the Fund operation and results аs EERSF is considered to be a very successful World Bank project with respect to energy efficiency projects.

Main goal of the Forum was to present the policies and legislation necessary to support the access to financing in energy efficiency in buildings and infrastructure.

Presentation of the Fund was part of the workshop for policy reformation examples for investment development in energy efficiency and modern technologies where other Balkan countries took part as well – Serbia, Macedonia, Croatia, Bosna and Herzegovina along with countries from the Russian Federation and the countries of the former Soviet space as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and others.
