On the 30^rd of March 2022 an ordinary session of EERSF Donors’ General Assembly was held in the Ministry of Energy.

Agenda of the session included the following topics:

1. Approval of EERSF’s annual report for budget implementation for 2021;
2. Approval of EERSF’s annual activity report and the audited financial statement for 2021;
3. Approval of EERSF’s business plan for 2022;
4. Selection of a new EERSF’s Management Board members on the grounds of article 85, par. (1), item 6 (“a”-“d”) from the Energy Efficiency Act;
5. Miscellaneous.

The Donor’s General Assembly adopted the report upon the above mentioned topics and selected new Management Board members.
