1. Releasing of Mrs. Iordanka Fikirliiska from EERSF’s Management Board at her request in relation with article 11, par. (2), item 5 (a) and article 11, par. (3) from Regulation on the Operation Organization and the Activities of the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Sources Fund;
2. Selection of a new EERSF’s Management Board member on the grounds of article 85, par. (1), item 6 (b) from the Energy Efficiency Act, in relation with article 11, par. (4), item 2 from the Operation Organization and the Activities of the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Sources Fund;
3. Miscellaneous.
