A project of Mizia Municipality, financed by EERSF wins the contest “Bulgarian Eco Municipality 2012”

The project for energy efficient renovation of “Pchelitsa” kindergarten in Sofronievo village, Mizia municipality was awarded in third place with a diploma in category “Energy Efficiency” in the “Bulgarian Eco Municipality 2012” contest. The project is implemented together with Energy Efficiency and Renewable Sources Fund.

The contest “Bulgarian Eco Town” is created to inform public about achievements in the energy efficiency sector, renewable energy and ecology of Bulgarian municipalities and to distinguish those of them, who have made special efforts in this direction. The initiative will help promoting the nominated projects so that other Bulgarian municipalities would also follow and implement such measures.
