The Bulgarian Energy Efficiency Fund will present its current financing conditions, new products, and implemented projects within the scope of the forthcoming 4th International Congress for South Eastern Europe on the problems of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources that will take place in Sofia, National Palace of Culture, 7-9 April 2008.
