The second National conference of ABEA took place on the 30th of November 2006. The event was under the heading “Financing of Projects and Instruments for Sustainable Energy Communities”. Over 70 participants took part in the conference. The Bulgarian Energy Efficiency Fund delivered a lecture about the methods of project financing in the sphere of Energy Efficiency.
