On the 10th of November 2006, within the framework of the 5th National Conference on Eneregy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources, the Bulgarian Energy Efficiency Fund (BgEEF) was distinguished as the most successful specialized institution for financing energy efficiency projects for the year 2006. The prize was awarded by the executive director of the Energy Efficiency Agency Mr. Tasko Ermenkov to Mr. Ivan Gerginov, executive director of BgEEF.
